Early voting for the November Municipal General Election for the City of Knox continues this week.
Registered voters in Center Township 1, Center Township 2, Center Township 3 and Center Township 4 in the city limits of Knox will be allowed to vote in this election.
In-person early voting will be at the Starke County Courthouse today through Friday, November 3 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT; Saturday, November 4 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. CT; and Monday, November 6 from 8 a.m. to noon CT.
Several voters have taken advantage of early voting opportunities in Starke County. Sixty-seven mail-in absentee ballots have been mailed out and 60 have returned to the Clerk’s Office. Those ballots will be counted on Election Day.
In-person Election Day voting will be Tuesday, November 7 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox.
Voters will need to show a photo ID when voting in person. A driver’s license, Indiana Photo ID, Military ID, or U.S. Passport will qualify as proper ID.
