The Eastern Pulaski School Board members were updated this week on the athletic expansion project.
Superintendent Dara Chezem noted that nets were hung up behind home plate Monday.
“Sod will be going in on the infield next week,” stated Chezem. “We’re still doing some grade work out there on the whole field. It’s really exciting to see that taking place. We’re still on schedule to play on that in the springtime.”
Chezem recapped the project saying that the practice field on the campus was turned into a full-size football field. The varsity softball field is also now located on campus, along with the expansion of parking for games. Some updates will be done on the baseball field concessions.
