Government officials would like to remind taxpayers that the fall property tax payment is due Monday, November 13.
Typically, the fall installment of property taxes is due November 10, but the state observance of Veterans Day this year is Friday, November 10 and county offices will be closed. Veterans Day is officially Saturday, November 11. Therefore, the due date for property taxes has been extended to Monday, November 13.
There are many ways taxpayers can pay their property taxes. Residents can utilize drop-off areas at county buildings, inside the Treasurer’s Offices, online payment methods on county government websites, and by postal mail.
