A North Judson man was arrested Wednesday, October 11 after deputies from the Starke County Sheriff’s Department and officers from the North Judson Police Department completed a warrant check in the 5000 S. block of U Road W. in North Judson.
Police found that 34-year-old Tony Patrick had active felony warrants through Porter County and Howard County. Police say Patrick eluded police and deputies were directed to an area with attic access. He eventually surrendered when K9 announcements were given, according to the report.
Patrick was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Starke County Justice Center to be held on holds for other counties.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
