The Starke County Commissioners will meet tonight where they will consider the approval of health insurance for employees for 2024.
Sheriff Jack Rosa will discuss a time clock system, and Coroner April Wilhelm will request payment of autopsies through the American Rescue Plan Act funds.
Councilwoman Cassandra Hine will talk about public defender commission, Julia Wickert from Purdue Extension Starke County will have a year-end report, and County Highway Superintendent Dan Dipert and EMS Director James Garner will present monthly reports. Garner will also have a structure of operations discussion, and a vehicle purchase request. Dipert will submit bridge inspection contracts and an IT camera request.
The Starke County Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. CT in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex No. 1 building at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
