Candidates began to file for office in the 2024 election on the first day to do so Wednesday, January 10 in the County Clerk’s Office.
In Pulaski County, Republican Marsha A. Tetzloff filed for Recorder, and Democrat Larry L. Weaver filed for Winamac Town Council.
Several Republican candidates filed for State Convention Delegates including JoLynn Behny, Lorena H. (Holly) VanDerAa, Kelly M. Gaumer, MacKenzie I. Ledley, and Susan (Sue) J. Fox
Several Republican candidates filed for Precinct Committee People including MacKenzie I. Ledley, Douglas L. Klausing, Lorena H. (Holly) VanDerAa, Kelly M. Gaumer, Bradley J. Bonnell, and Susan (Sue) J. Fox.
In Starke County, Republican Mark Gourley filed for Starke County Commissioner District 1, Republican Charles R. Chesak filed for Starke County Commissioner District 3, Republican Kay Gudeman filed for Starke County Council At-Large, Republican Lauri Manns-Venckus filed for Starke County Treasurer, and Republican Gwen Rentz filed for Surveyor.
Several candidates filed for Republican Precinct Committeeman including Larry Jernas, Sandra Bennett, Brent VanNorman, Kay Gudeman, Marianne Mohler-Malkowski, Gina Albright, and Mark Gourley.
Mark Gourley also filed for Republican State Convention Delegate.
