A boil water order has been issued for the residents in the Parkview area in Knox.
Knox Water Superintendent Tim Lindewald said a loss of water pressure is occurring in the service area. It is recommended that all cooking and drinking water be brought to a complete boil for five minutes before consuming.
The order is in effect until further notice.
