The Pulaski County Council reorganized during their meeting Monday.
Council member Jerry Locke made a motion to retain Ken Boswell as Council President. That motion was seconded by Council member Sheila Jimenez. The council voted unanimously in retaining Ken Boswell as Council President.
Council member Tim Overmyer then made a motion to retain Mike Tiede as Council Vice President. That motion was seconded by Council member Jerry Locke. The motion passed unanimously by vote retaining Mike Tiede as Council Vice President.
In addition to reorganization, Pulaski County Community Development Commission (CDC) Executive Director Nathan Origer announced there are two seats that need to be filled. He stated one seat is on the Industrial Park Board which is a flexible seat that can be held by any interested Pulaski County resident. He added the other seat is on the CDC Board which is set aside for someone from the agriculture community, preferably with an Ag business background.
