Starke County Residents Invited to Indiana Connectivity Program Event

The Starke County Economic Development Foundation is hosting a free community event with Surf Internet at the Henry F. Schricker Public Library in Knox on Thursday, January 18 from 4 until 7 p.m. CT.

It is an opportunity for people throughout the county, but especially those who live in areas that do not have reliable high-speed internet, to learn about the Indiana Connectivity Program and apply. This is a limited-time program offered by the government to provide grant dollars to broadband service providers to extend their network to rural communities that lack access to broadband internet service.
