North Judson Town Council Presented with Annexation Ordinance, Public Hearing Set for March 4

The North Judson Town Council members were presented with an ordinance that concerns the annexation of 18 acres of real property into the incorporated boundaries of the Town of North Judson.

The proposed acreage is in the area of State Road 10 and Oakwood for a potential project.

The town council will host a public hearing to take public comments and questions regarding the annexation during their next regular session meeting Monday, March 4 that begins at 6:30 p.m. CT.

Once the paperwork is finalized, Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe suggested that the town council look at the town map last updated in 1998 and refresh it. He noted that the town could contact an engineering firm and work to bring it forward to current day as there have been several changes in the past 26 years.
