The North Judson Town Council members opened a public hearing Monday, March 4 to take public comment on a proposed annexation petition and ordinance.
The ordinance concerns the annexation of 18 acres of real property into the incorporated boundaries of the Town of North Judson. The proposed acreage is in the area of State Road 10 and Oakwood for a potential future project. Plans are not complete at this time.
There were no public comments.
The council approved the first reading of the ordinance. Additional readings will be held during the council’s next meeting Monday, March 18.
