The Starke County Commissioners and the Starke County Council will meet in joint session today.
Starke County Community Corrections Director Shawn Mattraw will present a request for approval of the grant for Indiana Department of Corrections funded programs, and an Annex No. 2 medication cabinet request.
An update will be given on Stellar Pathways activities, and IT Director Stanley Budd will discuss SpyGlass.
EMS Director James Garner will have a monthly report and a request to change the handbook. Starke County Sheriff’s Department Matron April Wilhelm will discuss a job description proposal, and parks department personnel will discuss a pump system. A Highway Department report will be given and information on GPS will be provided.
A general discussion will be had concerning American Rescue Plan Act funding, and an appointment will be made to the Koontz Lake Sewer District.
The joint meeting of the Starke County Commissioners and Starke County Council will be at 9:30 a.m. CT today in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex Building No. 1 at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
