The Winamac Town Council members approved the second and third readings of an annexation ordinance during their meeting Monday, April 8.
The ordinance would annex real property in the Incorporated Town of Winamac.
A petition was submitted for the annexation of over 100 acres by 100 percent of the landowners that reside in the proposed area and agree to the annexation. The properties are on Sally Drive.
Land owned by North Plaza of Winamac, LLC, GALCO, Inc., and SVG, Inc. were proposed for annexation.
