Deputies from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office are investigating an incident where they were dispatched to the Rising Sun Campground after receiving a call about an unresponsive woman Saturday, May 25.
They arrived on scene and located a woman who was deceased inside of her tent, according to the report.
The identity of the woman is being withheld pending family notification.
Police say there is no threat to the public and the investigation is ongoing.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Indiana State Police and the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.
