A boil water advisory that was in effect for Parkview Heights residents in Knox is now lifted.
The advisory was issued May 30. According to city officials, the necessary repairs have been made and samples were sent for testing as required. The test results were satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil water in that area.
If there are any more issues with drinking water, call the Knox Water Department at 574-772-3032 or call the Knox Water Plant at 574-772-4461 and talk to Water Department Superintendent Tim Lindewald.
