The Pulaski County Commissioners and the Pulaski County Council will meet in joint session tonight where they will award a bid for the Community Crossings Matching Grant project.
Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer will have an update on the renovation project at the Pulaski County Courthouse, and discuss Purdue Cybersecurity and regional ag-strategy.
Coroner Jennifer Johns will present quotes for a used vehicle and a power cot, and Jackie Frain from Pulaski County Human Services will provide a vehicle update.
The joint session will begin at 6 p.m. ET tonight, followed by the regular session of the Pulaski County Council at 7 p.m. ET.
The council will discuss an increase in pay for the sex offender coordinator, and abatement rules will be reviewed. The council will also talk about deputy coroner time keeping records, consider a revised ordinance for salaries and wages for 2024, appoint a member to the Pulaski County Library Board, and look at a title change to a position in the Soil and Water office. Transfers and additional appropriations will be up for approval and a budget hearing discussion will be held.
Both meetings will be held in at the Pulaski County Highway Garage at 1131 N. U.S. 35 in Winamac.
