Flood Watch in Effect, Flood Warning Issued for Yellow River

A flood watch remains in effect in the area from 5 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CT Tuesday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 10.

Excessive rainfall continues to be possible which may lead to flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

There was a flood warning issued Tuesday night that affects the Yellow River in Marshall, Starke and St. Joseph Counties. Minor flooding is forecast in Plymouth and Knox. If barricades have been placed on roads indicating high water, turn around and find another safe route of travel. Do not drive vehicles through flooded areas.
