Knox Woman Arrested after Traffic Stop in Plymouth

A Knox woman was arrested Wednesday, July 24 just after 10 p.m. ET after a traffic stop in the area of N. Oak Drive north of U.S. 30 in Plymouth.

The Marshall County Dispatch Center put out a License Plate Recognition hit on a vehicle eastbound on U.S. 30 from the west county line. The hit was through La Porte County for a Level 6 Felony warrant.

An officer from the Plymouth Police Department conducted the traffic stop and after further investigation at the scene 50-year-old Racquel L. Anderson, of Knox, was detained and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on the warrant for domestic battery through La Porte County.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
