The Starke County Commissioners will meet today where they will review a flood damage prevention ordinance as discussed by the Starke County Planning Commission.
The commissioners will also hear from EMS Director James Garner concerning a generator purchase request and a travel request. Roberta Lee will also request an update on a report she provided the commissioners during their last meeting concerning solar project permits and other matters.
Highway Department Superintendent Rachel Oesterreich will have a monthly report for the commissioners.
The commissioners also plan to discuss employee Facebook usage, a leave of absence and a K-IRPC board appointment.
The Starke County Commissioners will meet today at 9 a.m. CT in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex No. 1 building at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
