Knox Board of Public Works Hears Update from Police Department

The Knox Board of Public Works heard an update from the Knox City Police Department during their meeting Wednesday.

Knox City Chief of Police Chad Dulin announced his department responded to 566 calls during the month of July. He added the department had 11 property traffic accidents, two hit and runs, 41 business checks and 11 domestic complaints. He went on to say the department had three vehicles need mechanical repairs that cost $1,234.16 total

Dulin said those vehicles have all returned and are in working order.
