The Starke County Council members will meet today where they will hold a public hearing on the 2025 budgets.
The council will also review the Sheriff’s Commissary Fund in the semi-annual report, a representative from Surf Internet will discuss internet service, and Attorney Justin Schramm will present an ordinance to set up a fund for the receipt of solar funds.
Oregon Township Trustee Mark Allen will talk about township sign funding approved by the commissioners.
Roberta Lee will present public comment on decommissioning agreements for solar and the council will hear other public comment.
The Starke County Council will meet at 4:30 p.m. CT in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex No. 1 building at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
