The City of Knox along with the Northern Indiana Community Foundation and the Starke County Community Foundation are sponsoring a Battle of the Bands event tomorrow (Saturday, September 28) at Wythogan Park in Knox.
The park will open at 5 p.m. CT with music beginning at 6 p.m. CT from the house band Jolly Roger, and bands South of Sorrow, Hot Rail, and Bottoms Up. Four judges and the crowd will determine which band will win the top prize of $700. Each band will receive $250.
Admission and parking are free. Food will be available for purchase as well as selections from the beer garden.
Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy an evening of rock and roll at Wythogan Park in Knox.
