The City of Knox Water Department crews will begin flushing the new water mains at Henry Drive and Short Drive Thursday, September 19 and Friday, September 20.
As a result of the line flushing, tap water may appear brown. The water is safe to drink and can be cleared up by running cold water from a bathtub or outside faucet.
