The Pulaski County Commissioners have made the decision to lift the county’s burn ban.
Recent rains have made conditions more conducive to burning. All of the previous restrictions are now rescinded.
Regardless of the present weather conditions or burn ban status, exercise caution any time outdoor burning is taking place. Additionally, be courteous to neighbors who are sensitive to smoke.
The Pulaski County Commissioners, Pulaski County Emergency Management Agency, and local fire departments are grateful to those who respected the burn ban and postponed their burning plans, as well as those who helped spread awareness of the burn ban when it was issued.
