The Oregon-Davis School Corporation and the Oregon-Davis Classroom Teacher’s Association are hosting a Meet the Candidates night Wednesday, October 9 at 6:30 p.m. CT at the Oregon-Davis Jr./Sr. High School Cafeteria.
There are three candidates vying for two At-Large seats in this November General Election. Those candidates are Corey Benjamin Lady, Lee Nagai and Jeremiah Patrick.
The structured forum will be moderated by Oregon-Davis Classroom Teacher’s Association representatives. Candidates will introduce themselves to start the forum. After the initial introductions, each candidate will be asked the same set of questions. At the conclusion, each candidate will make a closing statement.
Community members will be treated to sweet treats made by the Oregon-Davis culinary students. The forum is free and community attendance is encouraged.
Distribution of campaign materials, including the carrying of signs, in the building by candidates, volunteers or members of the public is prohibited.
Oregon 1, Oregon 2, Oregon 3 and Davis Township voters will be voting for these members on the ballot.
