The Knox City Council members took action last week to accept the dedication of two streets.
Mayor Dennis Estok said Henry Drive that involves 0.28 miles is part of the subdivision that the city is developing. It is in the first phase of development.
Mayor Estok also asked for the council’s approval to accept the dedication of Short Drive which involves 0.03 miles.
The council accepted both roads with a unanimous vote.
With this action of the council, they will now be official streets in the City of Knox street inventory for maintenance.
