The Starke County Community Foundation’s Giving Tuesday event is planned for Tuesday, December 3 at the local office at 300 Keller Avenue in North Judson between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT with a catered lunch with 10-56 Brewing and Catering at noon CT.
Giving Tuesday is an international holiday that highlights local and global nonprofits that work year-round serving their communities.
This year, the Starke County Community Foundation’s Giving Tuesday campaign includes a $2 for $1 community fund matching initiative as well as a $1 for $1 match opportunity, where donations to all types of funds can be matched up to $500 per donor, per fund. Contributions can be made in person or online at nicf.org. The 2024 Hardesty Leadership in Philanthropy Award recipient will also be announced on Giving Tuesday!
