The 37th Annual Henry F. Schricker Dinner is set for Thursday, November 21 at 5:30 p.m. CT at the Nancy J. Dembowski Community Center in Knox.
This year’s prestigious Henry F. Schricker Award winner goes to Jerry Gurrado who has been a long-time supporter of organizations and programs in the Starke County community. He was selected by previous “Service Before Self” award winners. He exemplifies the spirit of selflessness and commitment to community that the honor of the Henry F. Schricker award represents.
Additionally, the Business of the Year Award will go to The Market Newspaper in recognition of outstanding contributions to the local community for 40 years.
The Starke County Chamber of Commerce has listed several Above and Beyond winners including Renew U, The Point Drive-In, Town of North Judson, Ober Arbor Gleaners, Starke County Public Libraries, and the First National Bank of Monterey,
