The Starke County Plan Commission will meet tonight where they will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance to place a moratorium on Battery Energy Storage Systems for three months in Starke County and a separate public hearing to consider a mortatorium on commercial solar energy systems for three months in Starke County.
The Starke County Plan Commission will meet at 5:30 p.m. CT tonight, followed by the Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals meeting.
The BZA members will hold a public hearing to consider a Use Variance request to set up a used car business at a property located at 10115 E. 400 N. in Grovertown.
Both meetings will be held in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex No. 1 building at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
