The Community Foundation of Pulaski County is looking toward the local observance of Giving Tuesday.
Giving Tuesday is December 3 this year. Giving Tuesday is a global day of celebrating generosity. It was created in 2012 for the purposes of fostering philanthropy, encouraging giving to important causes, and celebrating the generosity of the community.
This year, a gift to one of the Community Foundation of Pulaski County’s unrestricted Community Funds will be matched $2-to-$1, thanks to a generous grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc. GIFT VIII initiative. This means donors can triple the impact of their gift by investing in Pulaski County!
Giving Tuesday contributions may be made online at www.cfopc.org/donate or dropped off at the foundation office at 221 N. Monticello St., Winamac on December 3 during regular business hours.
