The Starke County Council will meet tonight where they will hear from Mammoth Solar Attorney Chris Shelmon concerning the status of Mammoth North and an amendment to the Economic Development Agreement. Nick Barbknecht from Hoosier Solar will also discuss revised Economic Development Agreements.
Sara Dingman from the Auditor’s Office will discuss the salary ordinance, and transfer requests will be presented.
Starke County Sheriff’s Department Matron April Wilhelm will have additional appropriations for approval, while Janice Hernandez from the Starke County Economic Development Foundation will discuss a board appointment to the Foundation’s board.
North Judson-Wayne Township Fire Chief Todd Jackson will discuss items, and Highway Department Superintendent Rachel Oesterreich will provide her regular monthly report, a sign position vehicle and Bridge 13 financial commitment letter. Kathy Norem will talk about the hospital.
Additional appropriations and transfers will be presented for approval.
The Starke County Council will meet at 6 p.m. CT tonight in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex No. 1 building at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
