2024 State Graduation Rate Highest On Record

The Indiana Department of Education has released the 2024 graduation rate information.

The class of 2024 in the State of Indiana represents the highest state graduation rate on record, with data showing 90.23% of Indiana students graduating high school. This is up from 88.98% in 2023.

According to Dr. Katie Jenner, Indiana Secretary of Education, she stated that literacy rates have increased as well as chronic absenteeism rates which assist in achieving this success, and attributes these improvements to the collaboration of educators, families and communities.

Locally, Oregon-Davis School Corporation had a 100% graduation rate while Tri-Township Consolidated School Corporation had a 100% graduation rate, Knox Community School Corporation had a 99.2% graduation rate, West Central had a 97.8% graduation rate, Eastern Pulaski had a 96.7% graduation rate, John Glenn had a 95.6% graduation rate, South Central School Corporation had a 94% graduation rate, Culver Community School Corporation had an 84.6% graduation rate, and North Judson-San Pierre School Corporation had an 83.3% graduation rate.
