The Starke County Community Foundation scholarship application is available and due on Tuesday, February 11 at 3 p.m. CT. The application is entirely online and can be found at www.nicf.org under the Starke County tab.
There are nearly 50 scholarships covering a variety of fields and interests. The William (Bill) and Gloria Family Scholarship is the most recent scholarship, established to honor the couple and their commitment to their beloved community. With Bill’s background as Knox school teacher and Gloria’s as a nurse, the new scholarship will be awarded to a Knox student seeking post-secondary education or training, with special consideration for those going into education or healthcare.
