The Culver Redevelopment Commission and Culver Town Council will meet for a joint work session tonight to receive information from the Veridus Group related to the Main Street renovation project.
The consulting group Veridus, out of Indianapolis, has submitted an initial proposal for review. The goal is to kickoff public discussion of Main Street renovation project (outside of CRC meetings) and to hear advice from Veridus officials on what to expect and how to move forward.
Any questions from stakeholders and the general public will be taken at the end of the work session.
The joint work session will begin at 5 p.m. ET tonight in the North Conference Room at the Culver Union Township Public Library at 107 N. Main Street in Culver.
Additionally, the Culver Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Advisory Team will meet tonight to discuss suggestions for the Culver Plan Commission for an ADU Special Use addition to one or more of the Culver Zoning Ordinances.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street in Culver.
