The town of Hamlet will be hosting a Food Bank of Northern Indiana Mobile Food Pantry Distribution event.
This event will take place on Monday, April 7th at the Starke County Fairgrounds in Hamlet, from 10am to noon Central time or until supplies run out.
This food distribution aims to help up to 200 households in the area; providing a box of fresh perishable items and dry goods per household. It will be a drive-through event, meaning attendees will remain in their vehicles and open their trunks to receive their pre-boxed and bagged food items.
There will also be an area to self-load. This event is open to any community members in need.
