
Culver Town Council will hold a regular meeting April 24th at 6:30pm Eastern Time.
The meeting will be held at Culver Town Hall, located at 200 East Washington Street in Culver.
This agenda includes a public hearing and consideration of 2025-P001 by the council. Council will also hear Culver Plan Commission’s Certified Proposal to amend the Culver Zoning Ordinance regarding solar energy systems and energy storage systems.
For new business, council will make two proclamations — one for Arbor Day and one honoring Ed Pinder. Also under new business is tax abatements, Sand Hill Farm and Paddocks, and the Police Chief appointment.
Reports will be given by the Technical Review/Plan Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Redevelopment Commission, and Tree commission. The Town Manager, Clerk, and Attorney will also provide reports to council. Finally, any other council issues will be addressed prior to adjournment of the meeting. As always, the public is invited to attend this meeting. The next regular meeting of Culver Town Council will take place on Thursday, May 8th.
