Knox City Council will hold a regular session on Tuesday, April 8th at 6pm at Knox City Hall.
This meeting is open to the public.
Items on this agenda include the recommendation from the planning commission to adopt ordinance 2025-OR3, an ordinance that, among other things, clarifies that any discussions that City officials have in regards to permits, variances, and other licenses that happen outside of legally required hearings or meetings do not have effect on the application for those permits, licenses, and variances.
The ordinance also clarifies that damages and costs that are incurred during the process of applying for a permit or license are not the responsibility of the City.
Council will receive an update from the mayor, go over any council items, and set aside time, as always, to hear from the citizens of Knox.
