The Culver Plan Commission will hold a Regular Meeting tomorrow evening, Tuesday May 20th, at 6:30pm Eastern Time. The meeting will take place at Culver Town Hall, located at 200 East Washington Street in Culver. The meeting is also available to be joined via phone or by Microsoft Teams.
Items on this meeting’s agenda include two hearings: One requesting a minor subdivision for a 2.3-acre parcel, and a second requesting a replat of two lots of land into one.
Under the Old and New Business section of the agenda, commissioners will receive an update from Mr. Tankersley on legal action; they will review recommended changes to the Culver Zoning Ordinance for Solar Energy Systems and Energy Storage Systems, and they will review the rules of procedure. After a section for citizen input and commission members concerns and input, the meeting will be adjourned. The next regularly scheduled Culver Plan Commission meeting will take place on June 17th.
