The Culver Redevelopment Commission will hold a regular meeting tonight, May 15th, at 5pm Eastern Time.
The meeting will be located at Town Hall, which is at 200 East Washington Street in Culver. The meeting may also be attended via phone or Teams.
Under the new business section of the agenda, the Redevelopment Commission will hold a public meeting regarding the amendment to the Dunes Residential Housing Program, with consideration to adopt the amendment.
They will receive updates on the Main Street Renovation Project, including a spending request for the banner project, a property owners analysis, and an update on Requests for Proposals.
There will be an update from the Culver Boys and Girls Club, including the results of a legal review, status of financial review, and an update on the status of two grants.
Commissioners will discuss the April Financial report, discuss the approval of claims, and adjourn after a section for public and member input.
The public is invited to this meeting.
The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Commission will be June 19th.
