Culver Community Schools Board of School Trustees will hold a regular school board meeting this evening, Monday, May 19th at 7pm Eastern Time.
The meeting will be held at Culver Community Schools’ Administration office at 700 School Street in Culver.
Items on the agenda include a section for audience participation, discussion on Valedictorian and Salutatorian, as well as Foreign Exchange Students.
Under Consent items include the approval of previous minutes, approval of claims and vouchers and financials, field trips, professional leave requests, personnel changes, donations, and technical corrections to policies.
Under the discussion and action items section of the agenda, the board will have a first read of Volume 37.2 Policies, as well as a section for public comment on the Superintendent Contract. Next on the agenda is the Superintendent’s Information Agenda, including discussion on a graduation meeting, and the publication of salaries.
There will be a report from the Treasurer and Business Manager, as well as reports by individual board members. The board will adjourn afterwards. The School Board meeting is open to the public.
Just prior to this meeting, the school board trustees will hold an executive session to begin at 6:15pm Eastern Time. The items to be discussed in this executive session include personnel, including employee job performance. The executive session is not open to the public.
