According to a press release from Knox Mayor Dennis Estok, notice is being given that the Knox City Council will meet for an Executive Session tomorrow, May 13th at 5:30pm at the Knox City Hall located at 101 West Washington Street.
The press release states that the purpose of this Executive Session is in accordance with Indiana Code Title 5, Article 14, Chapter 1.5-6.1 section B 2 A.
The release states that in addition to the authorized officers, the City Attorney will be admitted to this session as they are necessary or desirable to carry out the purpose of the Executive Session.
Executive Sessions are not open to the public.
A memorandum certifying the meeting and that the deliberation and discussion in the meeting was limited to only the matters listed in the Indiana Code previously given, and signed by the proper officers of the City, will be available for public inspection following the Executive Session.
