According to information released from Knox Community School Corporation, Knox Middle and High school students will have the opportunity to keep their computers at the end of this school year, since the school has purchased new computers for students next year.
The school states that in order for a student to be able to keep their computer, all outstanding payments related to computer repairs must be settled by the last day of school.
On the last day of school, all students with unpaid repair debts are required to leave their computers at school, including the computer, the charger, computer bag, and plastic case. If the debt is paid off before June 30th, the family will be able to pick up their computer.
The school adds that any missing items will incur additional charges, and notes that the computers will be completely cleared of all materials and apps. Those with questions may contact their individual schools.
