The City of La Porte has announced the return of their Friday Night Live event series that takes place in downtown La Porte.
According to Civic and Events Director Gregory Pietsch, the first event in the series this year will take place on Friday, May 30th, and will be called Country & ‘Que — an event featuring local barbecue food vendors, a beer garden, and a live musical performance by country artist Mark Taylor.
Taylor is a 24-year-old Nashville resident who has shared the stage with artists such as Big & Rich, Bryan White, and Joe Nichols among others.
This event is free to attend and open to all ages.
