WKVI recently received the minutes from the April 28, 2025 Knox Parks and Recreation Board Meeting. They were presented as follows:

A motion was made to amend the Agenda for this meeting

Approval of Minutes from March.
• Motion to approve: Nathan Bradley Second: Glenn Barnes. All in favor.

• Did we obtain diagrams for old playground equipment. Glenn states these are not available. Probably got thrown out when they donated it. Could check on line.
• Location for dog park for grant. After the meeting was adjourned park board members went to the park to see the location being considered.
• Information from Nathan about skate park. Nathan presented pictures of perspective skate park.
• Update on disposal of obsolete equipment. Donate old bats everything else gets thrown out.
New Business:
• Field 3 gates on the dugouts. Quotes for gates given by Gary Dulin. Motion made to accept quote Glenn Barnes, Second Nathan Bradley All in favor
• Volleyball tournament for Bible Baptist Church May 31, 2025 Need to show waiver liability. Motion to accept Ruth Bailey, Second Nathan Bradley All in favor.
