
There will be a Starke County Commissioners meeting on Monday, May 5th at 5pm.
According to the agenda, topics at this meeting will include a discussion with Clerk Bernadette Manuel in regards to election equipment, as well as an update from E911 Chief Dispatcher Stacy Noonan in regards to Total Response Software.
There will be discussion on vacating an easement, as well as a discussion about the road agreement funding from Mammoth Solar. Commissioners will hear from Whitney Thompson in regards to basketball in a parking lot after business hours.
Surveyor permits will be discussed, as well as the hospital board, a kayak launch and driveway performance bond of $30,000, background checks, vendor and payroll claims, approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, and appointments to the Planning and Board of Zoning Appeals.
Finally, Commissioners will discuss the Congressional school report for the state as well as any other business that comes before the board.
