The Starke County Commissioners will be holding a special meeting followed by an executive session tomorrow, Friday May 23rd.
The special meeting, which is open to the public, will be held at 1pm. Items on the agenda for the special meeting include the Highway Annual Financial Report, discussion on the Total Response Dispatch Software Contract, Discussion on the Road Agreement with Mammoth Solar, discussion on the Tru Roll Contract in regards to deductions in property tax, and a Congressional School report due to the state. After any other business that may come before the board, the special meeting will be adjourned.
Directly following the special meeting, the Commissioners will hold an Executive Session, not open to the public. According to the notice about the meeting, from the Starke County Auditor, the subjects of this executive session fall under Indiana Codes labeled “To receive information concerning an individual’s alleged misconduct” and “For discussion of strategy with respect to threatened litigation.”
