According to a release from Pulaski County, both the Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals and the Advisory Plan Commission had meetings scheduled for this evening, Monday May 19th, but both meetings have been canceled.
According to the county, the cancellation of the Board of Zoning Appeals is due to the absence of any new or old business at present. It was noted that if necessary, a special session can be called in advance of the next regularly scheduled meeting.
The Advisory Plan Commission meeting has been canceled due to the absence of any new or old business requiring discussion that can be held without legal representation. The Advisory Plan Commission administrator has heard from parties interested in providing legal representation, and a special meeting will be called in advance of the next regularly scheduled meeting; once all the pertinent materials from the attorneys have been received and can be reviewed by the Advisory Plan Commission prior to executing a contract with an attorney.
