North Judson Town Council and Redevelopment Commission to Meet June 16

The North Judson Town Council will hold a regular meeting this upcoming Monday, June 16th.

The meeting will take place at 6:30pm Central Time at 310 Lane Street in North Judson.

Opening items for the meeting include the review of claims for payment, pledge of allegiance, meeting call to order, approval of agenda, and approval of the minutes from their June 2nd regular meeting.

Under the Old Business section of the agenda, items listed are Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals Vacancy Letter of Interest; a 2025 update on the Town Schedule of Fees; and discussion in regards to the Town Park Improvements Project, Phase II.

Under New Business, the council will hear from Mitch Hansel with USI Consultants, about Town ADA and Title VI Plan Updates.

The council will then receive reports from the Clerk-Treasurer, School Board, Building Inspector, Code Enforcement, Unsafe Hearing, Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission, Redevelopment Commission, Park, Police, Fire, Utilities, and the Town Manager.

Following a legal update, any additional business deemed necessary by the council, and the payment of claims, the meeting will be adjourned.

The North Judson Redevelopment Commission will also be holding a meeting on Monday June 16th, scheduled just prior to the Town Council meeting at 6pm. Business items on this agenda include the Town Park Improvements Project Phase II, and 2025 Redevlopment Master Plan and Spending Plan projects.

The public is invited to attend both of these meetings.
