Oregon Davis School Corporation’s free summer meal program kicked off yesterday, June 2nd, and will continue to run on certain dates throughout the summer.
The free summer meal program can provide a free breakfast and/or lunch to those 18 years and younger.
For all dates and locations, breakfast will be served from 7:45 – 8:15am, and lunch will be served from 11:30am – noon.
Monday through Friday from now until June 27th, the free meals will be served at Oregon-Davis Elementary School, which is located at 5860 North, 750 East in Hamlet.
In July; free breakfast and lunch will be served instead at the Jr./Sr. High School, located at 5990 North, 750 East in Hamlet. Free meal days in July include July 1st and second, July 8th and 9th, and then Monday through Friday July 14th through 25th.
The final week of the free summer meal program, July 28th through August 1st, will be returning to the Elementary School.
Knox Community Schools is also hosting a free summer meals program through Sun Meals, which will be served Monday through Friday June 3rd through 27th at the Knox Elementary School Door 1. Breakfast is served from 8-9am, and lunch is served from 10:30 – 11:50am.
