
The Starke County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regular meeting tomorrow, Wednesday June 11th at 6:30pm Central Time, or directly after the Planning Commission meeting.
The public is invited to this meeting. The meeting will take place in the Starke County government building, located at 53 East Mound Street in Knox.
After upkeep items such as the call to order, pledge of allegiance, roll call, and approval of the minutes from their May 14th meeting; the Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider a use variance request by Ross Bradley to open up a garden / tree nursery business in Knox.
Following will be a public hearing to consider a variance request by John Zabrians, to place a 12′ x 14′ gazebo on the lakefront of his property at Bass Lake.
Under the Old and New Business section of the agenda, the Board of Zoning Appeals will discuss Clarification and restatement of Motion US-IN-5238 Round Lake / Vertical Bridge.
The meeting will then adjourn. The next regular meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on July 9th at 6:30pm Central Time.
